Mercer Health can assist your organization through the WCORHA Worksite Wellness network. The network of community hospitals has a shared vision of working together to promote health and wellness opportunities to businesses of all sizes. Research shows that poor health practices and existing health risks of employees have a significant impact on an organization’s bottom line, resulting in decreased productivity, increased absenteeism, increased employee turnover rates, and increased health care claims. Services in the Worksite Wellness network include:
