Hearing Conservation Program

Mercer Health Wellness & Occupational Health Services offers audiometric testing to comply with OSHA standards in our Occupational Health Clinics as well as on site, at your facility.  Upon completion of testing, your company will receive a detailed report summarizing the overall results as well as individual employee notices.  The program includes:

• Medical Questionnaire-to help identify other factors that may be contributing to hearing loss
• Standard Threshold Shift (STS) and Exposure Employee Notifications
• Referrals and Follow up exams
• Audiometric Reports
