Drug and Alcohol Screening
Mercer Health offers urine drug and breath alcohol screens. Mercer Health utilizes a Medical Review Officer (MRO) for every drug screen. Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines are followed on all screens. Other components include:
- DOT and Non-DOT Urine Drug Screens
- All Collectors Certified
- Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Certified Lab
- Random Selection Services
- Hair Collection Services
- On-Site Collection
- 24-Hour Breath Alcohol Services
Community Medical Center: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Weekend and holidays 3:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Mercer County Communty Hospital: Coldwater, 24 hours - 7 days a week
Photo ID required for drug and alcohol testing
WCORHA Authorization for Testing form is to be completed by the company representative and sent with employee to the facility. This form facilitates testing upon arrival at either facility
