Community Medical Center, a part of Mercer Health, is a medical office building located in Celina to provide convenient quality healthcare to area residents.

Within our facility we house a number of departments including:
• Disease Management Clinic
• Maternal Care Center (Care of pregnant women)
• Urgent Care
• Wellness & Occupational Health Services

There are a number of diagnostic services offered at the Community Medical Center. Laboratory and x-ray services are available at the Center from 7 a.m. to midnight (Mon.–Fri.) and from 3:30 p.m. to midnight on weekends and holidays.

• Laboratory Service – includes blood draws, collection and processing of samples as well as Urine Drug Screen collection and Breath Alcohol Testing (BAT).
• Radiology Services – provides general radiology and non-invasive exams. After the x-rays are taken, they are forwarded to the Radiologists for interpretation. Results are sent to the requesting physician.
• Mobile PET Unit – This mobile unit provides high technology imaging. The unit is on site every Sunday.
• 12-lead Electrocardiogram (EKG) - We offer this service as ordered by your physician.

Diagnostic testing requires an order from a physician or a Licensed Nurse Practitioner. Results are sent to that provider and any other specified provider that you request.

The facility houses 20 physician practices, covering a wide range of specialties. Our team of skilled professionals is here to assist you with whatever problems you might be having.
