Laboratory:
At Mercer Health, comprehensive laboratory services are
offered at Mercer County Community Hospital in Coldwater
and the Community Medical Center in Celina.
Information obtained from laboratory testing will assist
your physician in the determination of your overall health,
in the diagnosis of disease, and in the establishment and
monitoring of appropriate treatment.

• Services provided include: transfusion services, hematology, urinalysis, immunology,
chemistry, microbiology, histology, and cytology.

Radiology Services:
Our Radiology department offers top of the line equipment
along with a knowledgable and caring staff. Our state of
the
art, 8 slice CAT scanner provides exceptional images and
testing capabilities to include CTA. Our Ultrasound department
is
staffed by ARDMS credentialed technologists and provides
a multitude of exams, including Obstetrical imaging, Venous
& Carotid doppler, and Segmental pressure studies. Magentic
Resonance Imaging (MRI)is provided by a 1.5 Tesla 8 channel
unit, allowing for outstanding image quality with shortened
scan times.
Also available in our department is Nuclear Medicine to
include Thyroid Uptake imaging and Cardiac Stress imaging,
Mammography, Stereotactic Breast Biopsy, DEXA scans,Special
Procedures and Radiographic studies. Our MRI, Ultrasound
and
Mammography departments are all ACR (American College of
Radiology) accredited, assuring quality care and service
for our patients.

Cardiology Services & Respiratory Services:
Our Certified Cardiology Technicians and Registered Cardiac
Sonographers are trained in Cardiac anatomy and diagnostic
testing. Our Certified Respiratory Therapists have been licensed
by the state of Ohio to practice Respiratory Care under
the
direction of the physician. Our well trained staff provides
a variety of Cardiopulmonary, Cardiac, and Respiratory Services.
